Holistic Wellness Assessment & Coaching - Call for pricing or packages
This individual session offers an opportunity to thoroughly explore your life. It starts with a Health and Wellness Assessment (HWA) and the gathering of vital information necessary to continue with the coaching process. From there, it progresses to setting your goals and formulating an action plan. This method guides you on a viable path empowering you to move forward with confidence and with a defined strategy.
